Do you offer a free in-home consultation?
Yes, we will meet you in your home at no charge to you. There is no obligation to buy.

Once I place an order, how long does it take to receive them?
Typically, most treatments, with the exception of drapery and shutters, take only two to three weeks. Installation takes place as soon as possible once the product has been received.

How easy is it to clean my window treatments?
Hand vacuuming works well for most window treatments every few months. Blinds and shutters may be hand dusted.

What about moisture in the bathroom?
Unless the bathroom is not properly vented and remains very humid, window treatments will not mildew.

Is installation included in the price of the treatments?
Yes, we provide our customers with the price of the total project which includes tax, installation and shipping and handling.

May we install the treatments ourselves?
Company policy is that we perform the installation. This is in our customer’s best interest as it is our responsibility to ensure that your window treatments are installed and working properly.

Are fabric swatches available?
Yes, fabric swatches for draperies, bedding, etc. are available for $5.

Is there a down payment?
Yes, a 50% down payment is requested at time of purchase. The balance is not collected until your product is delivered and installed.

What types of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, check and credit cards with the exception of American Express, Discover and Diner’s Club.

Is financing available?
Yes, 100% financing is available. Upon approval, customers may receive 12 months, no down payment, and no payment and deferred interest.
